I personally pick out all materials, then design, craft and package your order with the highest quality control standards. Great care is also taken to create photos that depict the item as close to its real-life appearance as cameras and varying screens will allow. I stand by my craftsmanship, and believe in my high-quality materials, and If somehting doesn't go as planned, we will work together to make it right.

RETURNS POLICY
I personally pick every bead, create every item, inspect for quality, then pack up the items securely and ship them to you. Many are unique and one-of-a-kind pieces, resized to your liking. Every effort has been made to show you the colours and look of each piece before you purchase, and I am always available for questions or to send additional photos. Due to all these factors, the MystiqShop does not currently accept returns. However, if your item arrives ad does not fit, or if it breaks with normal wear within less than a year, I will gladly repair it for you. I also offer repair on my items whenever they may break. Please just  contact me and I will make sure we resolve the situation to your satisfaction, as your happiness with my art is my top priority!

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Marina at MystiqShop dot com. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Marina at MystiqShop dot com, and send your item to our shop's address, which will be provided to you in the return email.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address in Ontario, Canada. We will provide you with the full address when you email us about your return, at Marina at MystiqShop dot com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Due to items regularly getting lost in the mail, we insist on all items being shipped via a trackable option. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, but tracked shipping will increase the chances of everything going as planned.
