Returns and Exchanges

As our items are slowmade, small-batch, and uniquely handmade, slight imperfections and color variations may appear by nature. Every effort has been made to depict the products as they appear in real life, and to describe them as accurately as possible. You can also always request more photos or ask any questions before purchase. As such, we cannot accept returns on our unique items at this time, unless an error has been made. You can always contact us for any return questions.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to Marina@MystiqShop.com. 

We cannot responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
