Shipping policy


The MystiqShop uses CANADA POST for domestic, USA and international shipments. You will receive an email or SMS with your TRACKING number once the order is shipped.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout, where estimated delivery times will be displayed. Processing times vary, depending on whether item is a custom order that needs to be made, or an already-made item.

USA & International orders: packages may also be subject to customs fees, which are not included in the shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in address. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, slight delays may occur.

If an attempted delivery has been made and the parcel hasn't been picked up at your local post office, the parcel will be sent back to us. If that happens, we are not responsible for any shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands, and we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcels. Please contact your shipping provider. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping, as this reduces the chances of lost parcels.
